During high-volume drops or releases, processing times may extend slightly. Any delays will be communicated if necessary.

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.


UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery timeframes typically range between 2–5 business days after dispatch.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

Mile Klub is not responsible for customs delays.


TRACKING

All shipped orders include tracking where available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if required.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel appears delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
