Mile Klub operates a strict 7-day return window.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@mileklub.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If confirmed, we will cover replacement or refund arrangements.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
